Experimental platforms
LÉOST has developed and maintains four instrumented experimental platforms: RF-Telecom, TIMAL (Image Processing, Audio, and Localization), Electromagnetic Compatibility, and Radar. These platforms are a significant asset to our research and collaborative efforts.
Equipment
We also have our own testing facilities, such as the mobile laboratory, as well as shared facilities like the anechoic chamber and the mode-mixing chamber (CRBM).
Software asset
Several powerful simulation tools are considered scientific equipment, such as CST, FEKO, HFSS, MATLAB, OPNET, RTMAPS, SE-N@V, and WIPLD. The purchase of new equipment and software licenses, as well as the maintenance of existing equipment, represent one of the largest items of expenditure in terms of endowment and contractual resources.
